unable to install in snow leopard

Help please. I've tried 3 downloads of pomodori, successfully installed mac ruby 0.4, but keep getting 'quit unexpectedly' with options to ignore, report, reopen.

When I click on report, this report shows up (attachment, pasted to TextEdit).

Sorry, you hit a major issue which is Pomodori is not compatible with Snow Leopard. Specifically, MacRuby 0.4 doesn't work on Snow Leopard, but only MacRuby 0.5 beta and Pomodori still has to be ported. I'll be updating Pomodori the next days since I also have to migrate to Snow Leopard. I added a note on the installation document so that it's clear that right now it's only Leopard compatible. Sorry you had to find out your self and thanks for reporting the issue.
